M/25 Apartments Mt Lawley is a boutique apartment development consisting of 30 residential apartments and retail space on the ground floor. Floor layouts are available in a 1x1 or 2x2 configuration with either one or two car bays. Each apartment has each its own spacious balcony or courtyard for all-year outdoor entertaining.
M/25 is all about living the ultimate local life in what will become a landmark building in our iconic near-city, northern neighbourhood. Turn left and head to the Angove Street café strip or turn right, and head for Beaufort Street, both amazing small bar and restaurant scenes. The emerald gems of the surrounding parks mean you can find time for morning jogs, days filled with cycling and summer evenings spent picnicking and barbecuing.

A portfolio of unique residential projects demonstrates refined aesthetics underpinned by efficient space planning and a rigorous attention to detail. The result is liveable, functional apartments that respond to our unique climate and lifestyle.
Aligned to Match’s own values, Cameron Chisholm Nicol was engaged to design M/25. True to Mt Lawley’s heritage, M/25 draws inspiration from the suburb’s Federation red brick and terracotta houses. The façade uses contrasting shapes, materials and colours to link the lively urbanism of Walcott Street and create a strong corner presence. M25 will become a local landmark, offering architecturally-designed living in a convenient and desirable location.
