About the architect ARM Architects

Designed by world renowned architectural firm ARM, who are best known as the designers behind Perth Arena, they have taken their design lead from the original use of the site as home to Golden West Aerated Water Company (established c1902), and designed a striking contemporary statement.

The building’s screened façade was generated by computer modeling the patterns formed when bubbles intersect. The beautiful dynamic patterns – known as ‘Voronoi’ tessellations – give the impression of a form bubbling out of the site.

Voronoi tessellations also symbolise the active nature of life and living – an appropriate symbol for apartments.
